Progetto <em>PON Alimentazione. <\/em>Un gruppo di studenti del Raffaello e due <em>appassionate <\/em>professoresse,&nbsp; Giovanna Di Risio e Anna Maria Paolucci. Visita a Villa Caprile di Pesaro, oggi&nbsp; sede dell\u2019Istituto Agrario &#8216;Antonio Cecchi&#8217;. Accoglienza calorosa da parte della prof.ssa Francesca Pierini, docente e sommelier, insieme a tre studenti dell\u2019ultimo anno. Obiettivo: conoscere pi\u00f9 da vicino la storia e le fasi di produzione del vino e valutare i rischi dell\u2019abuso di alcool e delle malattie che pu\u00f2 causare. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La visita \u00e8 iniziata con l\u2019illustrazione della storia della villa, la cui struttura originaria risale al 1640,quando il marchese Giovanni Mosca la fece costruire come residenza estiva in collina fuori dalla citt\u00e0. Solo nella seconda met\u00e0 dell\u2019800 fu acquistata dall\u2019 Accademia Agraria per adibirla a scuola mentre agli inizi del 1900 fu venduta alla Provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u2019&nbsp; circondata da splendidi terrazzamenti a pi\u00f9 livelli. Al primo livello i giardini sono all\u2019italiana , detto il giardino degli scherzi, con giochi d\u2019acqua e con al centro una vasca ottagonale e lateralmente tantissime piante di agrumi, al secondo livello il giardino \u00e8 all\u2019inglese con numerose piante da frutto mentre al terzo vi sono le essenze aromatiche con una vasca di forma ellittica con la statua di \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La visita poi \u00e8 proseguita con una passeggiata nelle&nbsp; vigne, con diversi tipi di potatura: a pergola semplice, a trentina o a cordone speronato, la pi\u00f9 usata nelle nostre zone. I tipi di vitigni sono sia a bacca bianca sia a bacca nera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 stato molto interessante in seguito visitare la cantina, con numerose botti in acciaio, che&nbsp; hanno una \u2018vita\u2019 quasi illimitata e sono adatte soprattutto per vini bianchi, e di botti in cemento, usate in passato e ritornate di moda negli ultimi. Gli studenti del \u201cCecchi\u201d producono, imbottigliano e vendono anche vino, principalmente Bianchello, ma anche Verdicchio e vino di Visciola, bevanda molto antica risalente al Duca Federico da Montefeltro di Urbino.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Istituto Agrario possiede una vera e propria azienda agricola gestita da docenti e studenti in cui i prodotti come olio, grano, vino, frutta sono venduti in Villa o nelle varie occasioni di fiere presenti nella zona.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Tra vigneti, uliveti, orti e giardini, l\u2019esperienza si \u00e8 conclusa con una vera lezione di enologia nei laboratori di chimica. In ogni postazioni c\u2019erano calici vuoti e schede analitico-descrittive. Con un esame visivo, olfattivo e gusto-olfattivo abbiamo conosciuto meglio le propriet\u00e0 del vino, il famoso \u201cnettare degli dei\u201d e ne abbiamo apprezzato la qualit\u00e0 positiva, ma valutato anche i gravissimi effetti negativi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K.QUINONES &#8211; M.ROBERTI &#8211; N.
