Durante la mobilità turca, la scuola ospitante, ovvero il liceo Elâzığ Anadolu Lisesi ha organizzato diverse attività in riferimento allo spreco alimentare, focus del progetto. Il primo giorno, lunedì, abbiamo conosciuto la scuola, gli insegnanti e gli altri partecipanti coinvolti nel progetto Erasmus + provenienti da Romania, Grecia e Ungheria: durante le presentazioni dei lavori degli altri studenti abbiamo potuto comprendere come hanno lavorato le altre realtà coinvolte nel progetto Erasmus You’R nature You’R future. In seguito, abbiamo seguito una conferenza del sindaco della città di Elâzığ per presentare la mobilità turca del progetto Erasmus+. Il giorno seguente, martedì, era festa nazionale e abbiamo visitato Dyarbakir, una città a circa 3 ore di viaggio da Elâzig. Durante il viaggio abbiamo fatto una sosta per visitare un’antica necropoli e successivamente ci siamo spostati sul fiume Tigri, dove abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare un giro in battello. Nella città di Diyarbakir abbiamo visitato dei musei d’arte (Atatürk Müsezi) e conosciuto la realtà storica artistica dell’Anatolia Orientale, oltre ad assaporare e gustare cibi locali.
Il giorno seguente abbiamo seguito una lezione d’arte a scuola e poi ci siamo cimentate nella pittura utilizzando tecniche derivanti da antiche tradizioni locali. Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di cucinare piatti tipici italiani e allo stesso tempo di assaggiare cibi provenienti dagli altri paesi, momento di condivisione che ha posto l’accento sull’importanza del cibo e del non spreco alimentare. Giovedì abbiamo poi svolto un’ attività di piantagione di semi presso l’orto della scuola e visita alla città di Harput. Nella città abbiamo visitato un antico bagno turco e successivamente abbiamo svolto un’attività di raccolta di rifiuti, per poi spostarci nella città di Elâzığ e passare il resto del pomeriggio nel Bazar. Infine, come ultima giornata ad Elâzığ, il venerdì abbiamo passato la mattinata a scuola dove è stato fatto un resoconto della settimana, per poi visitare una diga costruita sul fiume Eufrate.
ERASMUS + PROJECT, TURKISH MOBILITY ACTIVITIES
The experience in Turkey allowed us to carry out new activities at the Elâzığ Anadolu Lisesi High School in the morning followed by cultural visits in the afternoon.
On Monday, our first day, we got to know the school, the teachers and the other participants involved in the Erasmus + project from Romania, Greece and Hungary.
We attended a presentation of the other students’ projects and presented our work about food waste.
Afterwards, we attended a lecture by the mayor of the city of Elâzığ to present the Turkish mobility of the Erasmus+ project.
Tuesday’s activities did not take place at school, but they started very early in the direction of Dyarbakir, about 3 hours away from Elâzig.
On the way we made a stop to visit an ancient necropolis and then moved on to the Tigris River, on which we had the opportunity to take a boat trip.
In the city of Diyarbakir we visited art and history museums, such as the Atatürk Müsezi.
On the following day, Wednesday, at school we attended an art class and then tried our hand on painting.
We then had the opportunity to cook typical Italian dishes and at the same time taste food from other countries.
Thursday saw us planting activities at the school garden and a visit to the town of Harput.
In the city, we visited an ancient Turkish bath and then did a waste collection activity, before moving on to the city of Elâzığ and spending the rest of the afternoon in the bazaar.
As Friday was our last day, we spent the morning at school where we did a report on the week, and then visited the Euphrates River.

Lo spreco alimentare per l’Erasmus + in Turchia
Io e le mie compagne prima di partire per la mobilità abbiamo collaborato ad una presentazione in lingua inglese sul progetto a cui abbiamo partecipato con il tema dello spreco del cibo. Abbiamo suddiviso la presentazione in quattro parti che corrispondono alle attività alle quali abbiamo lavorato all’interno delle nostre classi. Gli argomenti sono stati diversi, come per esempio i vari metodi per ridurre gli sprechi e un sondaggio sulle quantità di cibo sprecato dalle famiglie del nostro istituto, uniti da un unico tema che è lo spreco del cibo.
Una volta arrivate in Turchia, il primo giorno abbiamo esposto la nostra presentazione, come i ragazzi degli altri paesi partecipanti. Ci siamo suddivise le parti e prima di iniziare ad esporre ci siamo presentate, e al termine della presentazione siamo state congratulate dalle nostre docenti e anche dai docenti degli altri paesi.
Before leaving for mobility, my friends and I collaborated on an English presentation on the project in which we participated with the theme of food waste. We have divided the presentation into four parts that correspond to the activities we have worked on within our classes.
The topics were different, such as various methods to reduce waste and a survey on the amount of food wasted by the families of our institute, united by a single theme that is the waste of food.
Once we arrived in Turkey, on the first day we presented our presentation, like the guys from the other participating countries. We divided the parts and before starting to exhibit we introduced ourselves, and at the end of the presentation we were congratulated by our teachers and also by teachers from other countries.
